Practice data and retention
Last updated 11 August 2026. JM DevLab is presently a non-critical student learning environment. Your learning records help you practise; they are not formal academic certification records.
No recovery guarantee
Student projects, saved lab work, grades, competency evidence and classroom activity are practice records. JM DevLab does not provide a backup, point-in-time recovery or restoration guarantee for these records. We do not claim that deleted, corrupted or unavailable practice work can be recovered.
How long practice records remain
Practice projects may be removed after prolonged inactivity. Other practice records may be removed after inactivity, course closure, account cleanup, capacity management or a learning-environment reset. No minimum retention period is promised for practice records.

Separate operational records
Accounts, profiles, enrollments, access/security records, administrative records and any future payment records are logically separate from disposable project content. The automatic project cleanup process is not permitted to delete those separate records.
Service changes
These terms may be revised if JM DevLab becomes business-critical, begins issuing formal certification, accepts contractual retention duties or introduces material payment records. Any future recovery commitment must be stated explicitly; it should never be inferred from ordinary platform availability.
